7-stage anti-rust treatment

Every steel tube undergoes degreasing, shot blasting, phosphating, electrostatic powder coating, and high-temperature curing at 200 °C. The finish withstands tropical humidity, coastal salt air, and daily cleaning with standard disinfectants.

HPL work surface

High-pressure laminate tops resist scratches, ink, and common solvents. The 2 mm PVC edge banding seals the MDF core against moisture ingress at the most vulnerable point.

Integrated book basket

A welded steel wire basket below the desk keeps books and bags off the floor. The open-wire design allows easy cleaning and prevents pooling of debris.

EN 1729 size compliance

Every unit is shipped with the correct EN 1729 size colour code physically stamped and labelled on the frame. Available in all six size groups — no MOQ per size when ordering a mixed container.
